Join us as we celebrate reading!

Reading opens the creativity and imagination of each child who holds a book.

We are excited about our 6th Book Festival taking place on Saturday, December 1st!

Art Center for Kids will be our partner for this festival. And we are bringing it to the WEST SIDE!

HEY! Let's Read Book Festival! will be held on Saturday, December 1st, 2018 from 11am - 3pm and is a half-day filled with activities and resources for children of Color. We know it is Halloween weekend, so bring the kids dressed up as their favorite literary character and be entered into our costume contest to win a bundle of books and a $50 Amazon gift card!

This is a family event! In addition to books available for purchase from local authors and giveaways that feature our children as the protagonists and main characters, there will be opportunities to foster a love of reading and learning! And finally, we will have a few select vendor opportunities available to authors of adult books! No erotica please :-)

A limited number of food vendors will be available, along with face painting, music & entertainment, storytelling and raffles! Local authors and vendors will be present to help you select the perfect picks for your child's fall and holiday reading list during this festive time of entertainment, storytelling, and books!

    Regular rates open on October 1 and end on October 15. Includes one table and 2 chairs, social media marketing, and signage at the venue.

    There is a limited allotment of food vendors. Please secure your space quickly. Your registration includes access to electrical outlets, one table, 2 chairs, social media promotion and onsite signage.

    Help us produce and facilitate an awesome experience. Sponsors receive time on the microphone, logo placement on website, logo placement on banner, logo placement on flyers and marketing emails. Sponsors also will be thanked during weekly Facebook Lives and if secured prior to October 20, logo and business name will be included on tshirts.
