Helping Empower Youth, Inc. is hosting their first "State of Atlanta Black Youth" on February 18th at 6pm. The goal of this event is to update the Atlanta community on the needs of black Atlanta youth, the resources that must be put in place, and the milestones and achievements made during 2020.
